Payment & receivables reconciliation

An invoice is only marked recovered once the payment is actually confirmed by the payment provider. No declaration to take on trust, no manual bank matching.

"They say they paid" isn't reconciliation

Without reliable confirmation, a finance team never knows for sure whether an invoice is actually settled, partially paid, or just announced as paid — and spends hours matching statements to invoices.

The confirmed payment is the proof

The debtor pays from their invoice's payment page, through our technical aggregator. As soon as the aggregator confirms the transaction, Repaid records the payment against the right invoice with its transaction reference, moves the case to "recovered", computes the success fee on the amount actually collected and pays out the balance.

Provider confirmation
The transaction status at the technical aggregator is what triggers recovery — never a mere declaration.
Each payment counted once
Even if confirmation arrives through two channels, a payment can only be recorded and paid out once.
Automatic reminder stop
Once the payment is confirmed, the invoice automatically exits the reminder cycle.
Full traceability
Amount collected, fee and amount paid out are recorded for every payment, and every status change stays reviewable in the case history.

Frequently asked questions

Do payments still need manual validation?
Not for payments made through the payment page: the technical aggregator's confirmation is enough. Only payment links created before the switch to direct collection can still receive an "I've paid" declaration, which your team validates or rejects as before.
Is a partial payment handled?
Yes, via payment plans — each installment has its own payment status.
